Work Demands Assessments
WorkCare provides indepth consultative services which can assist employers in identifying key physical demands requiremrnts for various jobs. Providing significantly more detail than a basic job description, a work demands assessment can be combined with a pre-employment physical to better determine an applicant's ability to perform their essential job functions. In addition, in the event of a work-related injury, the work demands assessment data can be utilized to accurately measure a patient's recovery and determine the level of resoration of function.
